Greensprings provides its full Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Security overview and Cookie policy to customers during contracting and onboarding, tailored to the agreement in place. Security & data residency

The platform is hosted on Microsoft Azure UK South, with encryption at rest (AES-256-GCM on personal data fields) and row-level security enforced at the database layer to keep every organisation's data isolated. Access requires mandatory two-factor authentication. Detailed security documentation is available on request via the contact above.
